PicoZip Evaluation License

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing PicoZip, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install PicoZip.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Softchitect to use this software for testing purposes without charge for a period of 30 days, starting from the day you install PicoZip. Unregistered use of PicoZip after the 30 day evaluation period is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. Ordering information is available here, or you can order online at http://www.picozip.com.

You may distribute copies of this evaluation version of PicoZip to anyone, provided it is not modified in any way. You are free to include copies of this evaluation version of PicoZip on CD-ROM or any other media providing that you do NOT charge the end-users for the software, and that you send inform us at sales@picozip.com describing when and how you wish to distribute the software. You may not repackage or make alterations to any file in the original PicoZip distribution. You are strictly prohibited from charging or request any form of payment, for any copies, however made, without prior written permission from Softchitect. Softchitect reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time.

Self-extracting archives created using this evaluation version of PicoZip contains copyrighted software, proprietary notices and other identifying information, which may NOT be modified or altered in any way. You are NOT licensed to distribute self-extracting archives created by this evaluation version of PicoZip. You may not alter or modify

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Softchitect, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of PicoZip, or your relationship with Softchitect.

In addition, in no event does Softchitect authorize you to use PicoZip in applications or systems where PicoZips failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Softchitect harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

All rights of any kind in PicoZip which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Softchitect. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on PicoZip. You may not make access to PicoZip available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use PicoZip in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others.
